These implementation terms cover the public website, illustrative product demonstrations and individually approved stakeholder access. They require final legal review and the legal entity details before production publication.
Implementation draft for review · 16 August 2026Public website and demonstrations
Public examples explain product capabilities and may use representative or synthetic content. They are not a promise that every feature, integration or result is available in every project without discovery, configuration, source material, review and an agreed scope.
Stakeholder access
Protected access is personal to the verified email address, may not be shared and can be approved, extended, refused, expired or revoked. It provides front-end evaluation access only and does not grant WordPress administration rights or a licence to reuse private content.
Live and simulated elements
The hub identifies mapped Interactive Learner courses separately from deterministic product simulations. Simulated AI feedback, operator screens and sample evidence are designed to demonstrate the experience predictably and may not call an external model or production service.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract private content at scale, test security without written permission, impersonate another person or use the demonstration unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
Website design, copy, demonstrations, platform materials and supplied content remain subject to the rights of Interactive Learner and relevant licensors. Customer content used for a tailored prototype should be governed by the relevant project agreement.
Availability and changes
Demonstration content, mapped courses and access periods may change while the product is evaluated. Access may be suspended for security, maintenance, misuse or operational reasons.
No professional advice
Illustrative healthcare, compliance, technical or professional examples are educational demonstrations and are not a substitute for current professional advice, local policy or verified source guidance.
Project work
Paid discovery, production, implementation, hosting, support and managed-service work will be governed by a separate proposal or agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, acceptance, data and intellectual property.
