WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator and stakeholder authentication, session security, password reset, form protection and preferences required to deliver a requested service.
Stakeholder demonstration
Approved stakeholders sign in with an individual WordPress account. Authentication and session cookies are necessary to keep the protected hub private, enforce expiry and allow mapped Interactive Learner courses to record progress. The product walkthrough may also use local browser storage to remember deterministic demonstration progress on that device.
Public product demo
The public demonstration can run in the browser without a stakeholder account. Any non-essential measurement added to it should be documented and controlled through the final consent configuration.
Analytics and improvement
Analytics cookies or similar technologies should only be enabled according to the final consent and privacy configuration. Approved stakeholder activity can also be recorded server-side as private evidence, as described in the privacy policy.
Embedded and third-party services
Video, maps, booking, payment, customer-relationship, support or other embedded services may set their own cookies. The final implementation should inventory each provider, purpose, duration and category.
Managing cookies
Browser settings can remove or block cookies, although authentication, security and saved-progress features may then stop working. A production consent interface should allow visitors to manage non-essential categories where required.

Before publication, add the final cookie inventory and connect the chosen consent mechanism.
